Dr. Jeffery Yue
1959-2019
Dr. Jeffrey C. Yue attended Minnetonka High School and was a Cum Laude graduate of Augsburg College. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School, having been awarded membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee where he was presented the Ernest O. Henschel. MC Memorial Award for Outstanding Resident.
He began his career as an anesthesiologist in 1990 with Midwest Anesthesia P.A. at Mercy, Unity and Cambridge Hospitals. Since starting practice he was very active professionally, serving over the years as Chairman of the Mercy/Unity Hospital Department of Anesthesia, Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee, and Credentials Committee. He was on the Metropolitan Anesthesia Network Board of Directors. Dr. Yue was Awarded Top Doctor in Mpls. St Paul Magazine in 2003 and 2009.
He completed a tenure as Mercy Hospital Chief of Staff and served on the Mercy Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. Dr. Yue’s long history of service was recognized by being awarded the Richard C. Travis Award in 2017.
Jeff started training in the martial arts in 1974 under Bill Miller and received his Black Belt from Vic Marotta.

Mia Yue
Mia graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a double major in Psychology and Communication. Here she discovered her love for the outdoors and an active healthy lifestyle.
Through managing restaurants she developed a passion for her community and locally sourced products. She now owns and operates her own business, Root Revival, which enables people and families in Park City, Utah to grow their own produce and be more connected to their food source.
When she isn’t growing veggies, Mia loves to snowboard, mountain bike, paddle board with her dog Remi and teach and practice yoga.
Kaia Yue
Kaia Yue's passion is educating and supporting all people to create the healthy lifestyle and wellness practices that are uniquely tailored to their goals and desires.
After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor's degree in psychology, she discovered a deep affinity for holistic nutrition and whole-body health. This led her to Bauman College, where she received her Nutrition Consultant certification.
Kaia combines her love of nutrition with her passion for movement and is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and certified restorative yoga teacher. She completed the Lagree Fitness Method training and teaches in the South Bay Area.
Olivia Beaudry
Olivia currently lives in La Crosse, Wisconsin with her husband Andrew. She is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at UW-La Crosse. She is interested in many fields of OT such as mental health, neurology, and critical care. Olivia enjoys social outings with her classmates as well as hiking and biking with her husband.
